Greg Gagne and I fight in an undercard match at the very start of our careers. The AWA was one of the top promotions at the time for developing talent -- some of wrestling's greatest names came out of this system. Us young guys knew that this opportunity was special so we gave it our all night after night. Greg was one of the hardest-working wrestlers I have ever met -- he wanted to prove his own worth in the business without riding on his father's coattails.
