"Krosaw Vaziri (the future WWF World Heavyweight champion the Iron Sheik) knocking me into next week during a match that took place early in both of our careers, 1974. Krosaw was trained by Billy Robinson and Verne Gagne, just as I was. He had a stellar amateur background, as everybody knows. At this point, in the professional ranks, he was still trying to find his way, just like me. But he really knew how to throw that dropkick!"
